Bob's financial services career began in 1987 at a national brokerage firm and continued to develop his career at a regional independent investment advisory firm for the next serval years. In 1999, Bob went out on his own to start an advisory firm and soon landed in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin with what is now Voyager Wealth Management, LLC. Bob continues to help individuals and small businesses with their investment, planning and company retirement plans.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Northern Illinois University in 1987. He previously earned an Associate degree in business from Rock Valley College in 1984. Bob is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). Bob is also a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Bob resides in Lake Geneva with his family. He is the father of two boys who keep him active. Bob spends his free time with his boys watching the Brewers and Cubs games and going to swim meets. Bob also enjoys playing golf and traveling with his wife to the new destinations.

Rachael Nickelsen started her career as a senior financial advisor at Voyager Wealth Management, LLC in 2020. She has obtained her CFP®
Certification. Rachael is a member of National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education and a Bachelor of Science degree in biblical studies from Emmaus Bible College in Dubuque, IA in 2000. She later went on to earn an MBA from Aurora University in 2009.
Rachael started in the financial services industry in 2012 serving as a client associate. She held a Series 7, Series 66 and State of Wisconsin Life and Health Insurance license. She later served as an account executive and later as a client advisor. She earned an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® designation from the College of Financial Planning in 2019.
Rachael grew up in Walworth County. She resides in Elkhorn with her husband and children. Rachael enjoys spending her free time with her family boating on Geneva Lake.
Rachael enjoys building relationships with clients while seeking to understand their needs, goals and estate wishes.
As a portfolio administrator, Cole is responsible for handling the billing procedure, quarterly reporting, and updating portfolios. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in personal finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. There he was involved with the Finance and Investment Society, Capital Management Club, and the Wealth Management Group. Prior to joining Voyager, he was a finance intern at Next Level Planning & Wealth Management.
Cole has passed the Series 65, Investment Advisor Exam since he began working at Voyager Wealth Management.
Cole was born in Eagle, Wisconsin, which is where he currently resides. In his free time, he enjoys frisbee golfing, snowmobiling, and many other outdoor activities.
Darwin was born in Elkhorn, Wisconsin and grew up on a dairy farm in the Delavan area. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Milton College in Milton, WI. After college, Darwin moved to California where he worked in the accounting and finance departments for Freemont Comp Insurance Co. for 14 years.
Darwin has passed the Series 65, Investment Advisor Exam since he began working at Voyager Wealth Management in December 2008.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and a significant number of his extended family who lives in the area.
Mesine is responsible for preparing client reports and maintaining contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information, schedule meetings and help troubleshoot problems.
In addition to servicing clients, Mesine coordinates conferences and special events throughout the year.
Mesine enjoys spending her free time with her husband, her dog and her extended family.
